Hi,

Here's a couple of fixes, mods which might be useful for the next release.

Mods:

1. Manage Domains & Parked Domains list – listings displayed alphabetically
2. Add Parked Domains page – add feature so that multiple domains can be added
3. 2checkout gateway integration
4. All Categories page (front end) – (i) Change main category text to bold (ii) Add number of domains in brackets next to each of the category links
5. Advanced Search - more search fields - same as on Afternic.com


Fixes:

1. When a sub-category is deleted from a main category in the admin area the field box remains on the page.
2. When a category name with a coma ",'" or "&" symbol is added in admin the pages displayed are incorrect.
