Need to be able to redirect the domain used for parking in cPanel so it redirects to the domain/URL of our choice.

We use:

***DELETED***

Those looking to park domains often discover a parking service by looking at a parked name's nameserver(s)...

In turn they enter that nameserver into their browser and go to that site.

Our nameserver ***DELETED*** shows this 'error':

"This site is no longer parked with ***DELETED***"

Not good...

We've tried using .htaccess to redirect but were unsuccessful.

We would like the domain to redirect to:

***DELETED***

Since you selected parked.name as parking domain its quite normal that your parking domain is not parked with your trader script.
This is because you have edited the httpd.conf file and told the server to go to the parking folder. So what it displays is your parking folder.

Maybe you can try setting a forwarding to your domain.
But i am not sure if you do this that it will forward all parked domains on top of parked.name as well.

Good luck!

Greetings
Gary

Thanks Gary for your reply.

We've tried the forwarding using .htaccess without any luck - :(

Thanks again for replying.

No problem!

For domain forwarding you should arrange it at your domain registrar site.
But again i am not sure if this will affect your parked sites...

Good luck!
