Need a blank Terms & Conditions page/template...

and on the /trader.php?mode=register page, the Terms & Conditions link needs to either:

a) Pop up
b) go to the Terms & Conditions page/template with a back button - all the info already entered by the user needs to remain so they do not have to re-enter...

I have version 2.2 and this still does not have a pop up. Also every time I code the link to open in a new page, the site goes blank?

Any ideas?

Version 2.2 has been out for some time. Majority of my posts are in regard to 2.2 -

In 2.2 you have to create a separate terms page and link it as there is NOT a terms page "pre-installed".

Thanks - I'm holding off updating 2.2 as I want to see what 2.5 really offers.
