How do i access the faq?

I registered and tried to access your faq as well as your other areas. What do I need to do to gain access?

a friend of mine reccomended this software, but advised me that you need alot of API knowledge, otherwise you won't be able to get your paypal token. he suggested I reasearch paypal tokens before buying it. He gave up and sold his website and software on.

I have found some details of the token on paypal but it says I need to setup an API. I have done this, but I can't find out how to generate the string that includes the token.

Paypal gives the following example: USER=someone@unknowncompany.com&PWD=mypassword
&METHOD=GetExpressCheckoutDetails&TOKEN=EC-23T233ZP3DFB...

But it doesnt explain how to generate the token.

Seems like a hell of a long way around to go just to generate the ticket. Will domain trader need the API? What does it use it for?

I will be more than happy to buy the software as soon as I know how to generate this token, otherwise I will not be able to receive payments (or will I?)

OK, i think I have got what I need, but I will need you to confirm this before I purchase.

I have contacted paypal (i hate contacting them) and have found that a ticket can be generated for a number of services. The main one being PDT. I have setup PDT and auto return which has generated a ticket.

Is this the ticket I need or do I need to set up another service such as API or express cart and get the token from that?

Hi,

The only thing that you will need activated on the account is PDT (payment data transfer) and IPN (instant payment notification). You can then simply enter your paypal token number into our software and it will do the rest.

Once the token has been put into the software and PDT and IPN have been activated, then the software will full communicate with paypal?

Hi,

Yes that's correct. Once you have entered the token from PDT into the admin section of your site, our software will communicate directly with Paypal.
