Along with being able to set the Mimimum Escrow/Transaction fee - we need to be able to offer variable Escrow/Transaction fee like on Sedo.

IE: No minimum or say a lower % fee if the domain owner parks their name on our site.

Here are some that I think are really required:

1. Use of escrow.com payment service. They support fee collection which means that when the transaction is successful, escrow.com will send us whatever fees we have charged from the seller to us directly.
   
   Overall, its safe, easy and secure. In the members area, the seller can enter his preferences like no of days to inspect, who will bear the escrow fees (seller, buyer or both 50:50) and so on...
   
   
2. Ability to add multiple email addresses to single account and verify them by sending an email to the email address. Member will click on the link to verify the email address.
   
   
3. When member adds a domain for sale, the script will try to match the email address on whois with the one provided by the member. If the email does not match, the submission will be rejected. This is where point no 2 comes in effect. Members may provide different email address in whois for various reasons.
   
   
4. Getting a feeds for domain parking is a big big problem. Some have specific requirements, some are not multilingual or geo targeted and further its the admin's headache to issue the payments.
   
   Instead, a provision can be made in the members account where he/she can enter their own publisher id like adsense, adbrite etc. The member will get paid directly. The parked pages will show contents based on the keyword. There are lot of feeds available which can be utilized for this purpose.
   
   
5. Ability to define sub-categories. The domains can be added in the terminating category only.
   
   
6. Ability to define top category listing promotion along with duration.
   
   
7. Ability to define home page and category page featured promotion along with duration.
   
   
8. Ability to define listing duration slabs along with pricing.
   
   
9. Ability to define listing highlight and bolding promotion along with duration.
   
   
10. Ability to bulk edit domains (as can be seen sedo) for both admin and member.
    
    
11. Ability to define membership price plans.
    
    
12. Use of recaptcha for login, registration, contact seller, add domains, payments, checkout etc to enhance the security of the site.
