Ability to push domain to auction

Hi,
A good idea would be the ability to push the domain to auction from the offers received page, rather than having to go to the domain management page.
Also once the domain has been pushed to auction the offer that was received to be used as the first auction bid, with the person that made the offer as the first bidder.

This would also make sense given the option in the admin to only be able to add a domain to auction after x ammount of offers has been received. As currently there is no point to setting this option as the bids received mean nothing.

The same feature is used on the domain auction website sedo.
